Nacho is a 3D Senior Character Artist working at Elite3D/2K Valencia and has more than 13 years total experience, with over 7 years working on many AAA+ Rated videogames such as Mafia 3, Hitman, The Quarry and 5x Call of Duty games
Nacho specialises in sculpting incredibly high-quality skin, hair, and fabric texturing which has led him to have more than 8 years of experience working as a Digital Sculpt Teacher. This experience can be seen in high detail through out both the Genesis and Exodus collections
Shaun (@frothmonsterrr) has over a decade of business experience starting with promotion and artist/event management in the music industry, which led him to a natural flair toward marketing, direct sales and customer acquisition.
In early 2017 he found his way into the crypto space and has been working in community engagement, content creation and education in Web3 ever since.

We have made this decision for a few reasons, with the main being that Web3 is supposed to be about ownership and control being in the hands of the every day user.
We have opted to go with a Choose Your Own Traits function to embrace that very ethos that started Web3, and help you take back control through the design process of your NFTs.
Taking at look at the current climate across crypto and NFTs, we also understand that the ability to stand out in a saturated market and be able to produce something unique while also providing value is more important than it has ever been before.
The aim of the game here is to build a gorgeous collection that the community is excited about minting, and incredibly happy with after the minting process knowing they have created their Goats themselves, and been allowed an opportunity to flex not only their personal tastes and favourite traits, but give the opportunity mint as many goats to suit their varying moods as well, so they can flex their hex on TwitterBlue all year round, no matter how they are feeling!
People will be able to design their own goat through the minting form, starting with the backgrounds, and working their way through the goat colour, facial expressions, eyes, clothes and accessories.
Each set of traits will have varying array of availability, which will be unknown to the public to protect against rarity stacking.
Whilst there will be a limited availability of the varying traits, the final rarity of the collection will ultimately come down to the community and how they choose their various combination of traits.
And, to answer the question you have sitting in the back of your mind.. No, it will not be possible to create duplicate NFTs through the minting process.
Due to the unique nature of NFTs, collectors generally prefer to HODL and speculate, so we established a Herding Rewards Centre to operate as a Members Loyalty Program
Herding works similar to a staking protocol, where you will opt in receive further member benefits and other privileges, which opens up your NFT being more than just a pfp and provides you with various other utility options
When staking, most projects will function with either Hard Staking or Soft Staking
As DeluxeLabs prides ourself on embracing the true Web3 ethos of putting the ownership & control into your own hands, so we have opted for off-chain mechanisms to keep maximum control of your NFT in your own hands
Soft Staking: Your NFT stays in your wallet, and we utilise an off-chain read along with something called “merkle trees” to determine whether you have been unlisted during your Herding period, and therefore eligible for to claim your Loyalty Points
Hard Staking: Your NFT leaves your wallet, and enters into the staking smart contract (dont worry, you get it back). The advantage to hard staking is that it offers a higher harvest of our claimable token during the staking period
Whenever we’ve discussed our mint or our ‘staking’ we have always been clear that it is a #1 top priority for us that to never operate in a way that could deem us as a potential security or as offering banking/lending services
In its most simple form, whether something is or isn’t a security under US rules is basically a question of how much it looks like shares issued by a company raising money
To make that determination, the SEC applies a legal test that comes from a 1946 Supreme Court decision.
Under that framework, an asset can be under SEC purview when it involves:
a. investors kicking in money
b. into a common enterprise with
c. the intention of profiting from
d. the efforts of the organisation’s leadership
In staking-as-a-service, users deposit their coins or tokens with the expectation of earning a yield on them, while the service provider takes care of the technical side of things, meaning this is often automated, or creating “passive incomes” for the users
This is not how our Loyalty Program works
We’ve been clear publicly on multiple occasions regarding a few things:
a. We will NEVER use the word investment here, and will always talk of our NFTs in terms of being a Membership, that allows the free market to determine the value of it’s benefits, and;
b. We will be NOT be propping an LP (liquidity pool), nor asking people to prop/provide liquidity for one themselves, and;
c. We do NOT and will NOT provide a staking-as-service platform and/or passive income service, and;
d. We will NOT talk of our token in terms of and/or promise a monetary or dollar value
Herding provides our members with perfectly legal LOYALTY POINTS that require you to actively stake, actively claim, and actively “make use of” the token directly within our ecosystem only to take advantage of the Rewards Centre on offer
The easiest reference is akin to earning V-bucks on Fortnite, that you claim after unlocking, with a limit of use for items, perks and benefits within their ecosystem only
